the palate, the wine is fresh, delicate and very well-balanced.

and other sea food but will also accompany deserts perfectly.

Soil composition: Argilo-Calcareous
Grape Varieties: 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Chardonnay
Age of the vines: 25 years
Method of harvest: Grapes picked and sorted by hand
of selected juices through pneumatic pressure of whole grapes followed
by a one-month fermentation process within the bottle. The bottles are
then laid down to mature for twenty-four months.
