Sommelier Geneviève Guy :"I like to believe that a glass of Crémant a day keeps the doctor away..." she describes as being "fresh, almost dry, with white fruits and even some green apple. The bubbles are tiny and long lasting. The palate is fresh, delicate and very well balanced. It's a wine you drink as aperitif but it can be paired with a complete meal, even dessert."
